option to only check the top apps

I'd love an option to be able to check only the top apps you use, a possibility to check sections, instead of all or nothing.
Also if possible an option to create your own top apps section.
Currently my top apps section is to remove malware and update a system. But i'd like to make a section for clean installing new systems.
I realize I can make another config file but i'd be handy to be able to put it into one config file

Hi Vicelord. I'll add an option to "Check all in this group".

You can add your own apps to the top apps section, so I don't see the need to create a new section. Unless I'm missing something.

I want to create a section for malware removal and a different one for clean installing pc's . It'd be easier on the eye
