Hardware Fingerprint issue
What ever I try I cannot get my licence activated on a new laptop. Zero support so far from contacting the company.

I replied to your contact messages. Probably the message was diverted by you Internet security software or spam filters. I just transferred your license to the new hardware, and the old one was disabled.
You can download your license anytime from your UCP page.
