This might be a bug but I didn't want to post there in case it's me. In version 7.5.? I try to run an adwCleaner scan. The running goes to download and then quites saying it's done. Then it opens the website asking me to download it directly. Is that a glitch? It's not an AV blocking issue because it's happened in 3 different machines with three different AV programs.

I've also had that on several computers (maybe all, I don't know) since last week (I don't know if it's an uvk problem or a change in adw cleaner)

I’m using v7.5.1.0 on a Windows 10 64bit computer and its working fine for me. Haven’t tried it on any others at this point.

I just tried it myself and I think either the download link got changed or the program you download now opens the website in an attempt to stop automation

Thanks guys. It should be working fine now. The source where UVK was downloading from was providing an outdated version, so AdwCleaner was launched, but sent you to that page to download the latest version.
When you notice any of the third party tools isn't working, please report ASAP, so I can update the download URLs, and the problem is quickly fixed. I don't need to upload a new UVK version to change the download URL.
