TechToolStore VC++ 2015 not updating

Tested OS : Windows 10 Pro x64

Category : Important Updates
Name : Visual C++ Runtime 2015 32bit / 64bit

Hi,
I just wanna report a little bug when updating or running the tool. It just do nothing.
When trying to go the the tool's website, I'm redirected. Maybe MS changed the URL.

URL suggested : [...]id=48145

Edit : I think maybe it's because it was the Release Candidate URL and it moved to Finale
