Private Branding Question
Once the branding version is purchased, how does one go about putting your name on the interface?
Re: Private Branding Question
You create your own branding bitmap image and submit it per the instruction in your welcome email. then a key/hash is sent back to you that ties your image / your website / your name to the program and activates it. Well worth the few bucks that it costs IMHO

Hi mswarbrick,
I agree with Brink. You will not regret buying the branding and the support here is the best you will ever find.

Re: Private Branding Question
mswarbrick, before purchasing your branding license, you will fill out a small form in which you upload your logo, provide your company name and the URL of your website. This information will be encrypted and saved in the text of your license key file, which you will be able to download after completing the payment.
Because the branding license is mostly for techs, and techs obviously don't want to go looking for the license file each time they run UVK on the client's machine, I've provided the following solution:
After downloading your license file and logo, copy them to the same directory where UVKPortable or UVKSetup is. You just need to ensure the license file was not renamed by your browser. The name must be "key.uvkey". And that's it. When you run UVKPortable or UVKSetup in the client's machine, the license is automatically installed. If you use UVKSetup, the setup process will be branded too.
The application's title, desktop and start menu shortcuts, and the uninstall entry will be branded as [Your company name] repair tool. For instance, if your company name is MSWarbrick, then the application's name will be MSWarbrick repair tool.
You can test out how it will look here, or you can download and try one of the demo license keys here.

One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.

Re: Private Branding Question
This is one purchase you will not regret. If you have any questions just ask. If one of us can't help you Fred almost certainly can and will. Many times you get multiple answers just like you have here.

I agree with Charger. I've used this program for a while now. I just wrote an article for Technibble about it as well. This is the best investment you will ever make.
