Try deleting both "All programs" folders: UVK - Ultra Virus Killer and Walker Computer Service L.L.C. Repair Tool

It still wants to buy the shortcut is missing. Note what ever window I am in just loses focus.

The only thing that comes to mind is that there must still be a shortcut using that key. Did you empty the recycle bin? Rebooted the PC?
Edit: Try creating a shortcut yourself that uses the U hotkey. And then delete it.
