Can you add Visual effect settings in "Tools and Tweaks"?
like we do in windows Control Panel > System & Security > System > Advanced system settings > Advanced (Tab) > Settings (In Performance)

Additionally some pre-define settings:
For example:
-Best appearance.
-Best Performance.
-No Animation. (disable Option 1,2,3)
-No Animation + Fade. (disable Option 1,2,3,5,6,7)
-Custom 1
-Custom 2
