UVK crashes when is opening Smart Uninstaller...

I tried to open Smart uninstaller after I updated to the latest version of UVK(V 10.3.0.0) and it crashed. Is anyone else having this issue?

No crash for me but when I right click an item and choose whitelist item it isn’t whitelisting it.

OK, you guys please try this:

1. Launch UVK, go to Tools and tweaks, switch to the File tools tab.
2. In the Unlock a locked folder field paste this: %ProgramData%\UVK
3. Press Unlock folder and confirm.

I don't know what is causing the issue yet, but I will fix it ASAP.

I noticed some issues with SU as well but wasn't comfortable with a bug report yet.... I guess I'll throw my vote in here for the bug

Unlocking c:\Programdata\UVK doesn't stop UVK from crashing here.

We purchased UVK and this is happening consistently with 10.3. Is there a way to download the previous version until this is fixed?

Right click whitelisting still not working in version 10.3.1.0

Bill, that's working fine for me. I right-click an item, it disappears from the list. I go back to Home, then come back to SU, and the item is still not listed. Isn't that how it behaves for you?

I still can’t whitelist anything in smart uninstaller but it only seems to be relate to this one computer. If it makes a difference it has Windows 10 x64. UVK version 10.3.2.0. I deleted everything in my UVK programs folder except key, logo, icon & my uvksr file and reinstalled UVK with no change.

Hi Bill.

Please try this: Make a backup copy of your license, logo UVKSR file and other important files, and then do a clean uninstall from UVK's smart uninstaller. Then re-install and activate.

Let me know if it worked it out.

Odd. There is no entry for UVK in the smart uninstaller list. I tried ignore whitelist once in case it was whitelisted but it’s not there. How should I proceed since this is the case?
