I have 1 new HP Laptop that every time I turn on and get to the internet, it always gives a message not responding and eventually takes about 15 minutes to get to a website. Lots of Popups that come on the screen and I was not able to load virus software on the laptop.
2nd Dell computer takes about 15 minutes to get to the internet.

Hi Josh.
The OS marks applications as "Not responding" when their windows don't respond to messages for longer than 5 seconds.
This usually happens when the system is running out of memory, or has too many processes running.
In this special case, I'd say the browser is infected, and has certainly lots of ad-ons (BHO, toolbars, etc.) installed.
I would start by trying to download and run malware/adware removal tools (UVK, AdwClearer, MBAM, SAS, TDSSKiller) using the methods below, trying the next one if the previous fails:
1: Download using IE with no ad-ons.
2: Boot in safe mode with networking and then download with IE with no ad-ons.
3: Download with a different browser.
4: Download in a different machine, save in a USB stick, and move it to the infected machine.
Once the tools installed, proceed as follows:
1: Use UVK to quickly uninstall the adware (Browser toolbars, BHO, and other installed browser plugins), in the Smart uninstaller section.
2: Remove any other IE BHO and toolbars, and unneeded autorun entries in the Autorun manager section.
3: Use AdwCleaner to remove any adware remnants.
4: Perform full scans in the following order: TDSSKiller, MBAM, SAS, and reboot after each scan.
5: Perform a full scan with the installed anti-virus, and other local, or online software.
6: Perform an Sfc scan to ensure no system files have been replaced.
7: Reboot and check memory usage. If above 60%, upgrade with more RAM.

my friend told me that it was covered by warranty
