RogueKiller doesn't run automatically
It looks like Rouge Killer prompts user to install instead of auto-installing.
Re: RogueKiller doesn't run automatically
So it seems now it is install only. Thanks for reporting.

What do you guys suggest? Automate install or use the console version?

Looks like they still offer a portable version download.

Portable sounds good. What are the benefits of console version? Fully automatic? (this would be my preferred one if this is the case - the less clicks the better!).

Re: RogueKiller doesn't run automatically
I use the tech license of it myself. One of the few apps I have purchased a license for. I would consider purchasing one for Hitman Pro but their license plans is carzy expensive.

You're right, Bill. The portable version is still there. I just uploaded the download urls and it seems to be working fine now. You guys just need to re-launch UVK, and if should be fine.

Fred,
So UVK loads tool URLs dynamically now? How long has it done that? It's a cool idea.

Re: RogueKiller doesn't run automatically
Jim, the online URL update has been there for several years now.
When UVK is launched, it downloads a small INI file called "urls" from this server. That file contains the URL and link text for most of the downloads the application makes. this allows us to update a URL that has been changed without the need to update the whole application.
