I know the TTS isn't an official but thought I'd ask. I'm getting "Error! The Tech tool store database could not be loaded." Saw it once on a single laptop the other day but it needed cleanup badly so figured it might have been a DNS issue; forgot to doublecheck after the cleanup was done.
Just got it, though, on my main PC and it's loaded dozens of times here. What might be the cause?

I have that issue too but I thought my A/V software got it. Have not had time to try redownloading or anything.

I'm not running any AV right now. The laptop the other day had MSSE on it (not good for anything and certainly no firewalling).

I'm still getting this intermittently (as in 'right now'). This time, I'm getting an added long delay after the "OK" before it shuts itself down.
If I rename/delete the tts_tools.dat file, it will load.
