Has anyone found a utility to bypass the password on the windows account logins?
There are several for local accounts but I have not found one that works on the Microsoft accounts.

Hi Jim. I don't think that's possible to use an empty pass because Windows uses the password stored in the web account, which can not be empty.
On the other hand, you can use the auto-logon feature of Quick user manager to bypass the password. I just tested it, and it works for MS accounts just fine. I usually set Windows to boot up directly to the desktop and if there is only one user, configure the auto-logon. Customers just love that.

I was thinking more along the lines of when they don't tell you what it is. I also don't like knowing what customers email passwords are unless I need to know which is rare. If you use the standard password removal tools on a Microsoft account, Windows 8 won't boot anymore. I speak from experience

I usually don't know their pass either, but I always show them the working machine and reboot at least once in front of them before the delivery.
Before rebooting, I ask them if they want to enable auto-logon. They usually do, so I just have them typing their pass in Quick user manager. I also explain them that it only works for booting, not wake up or unlocking.

The issue I have is when they drop it off I invariably forget to ask and they NEVER tell you. So I go to boot it and crap! they have a password. No issues on a local account. Just take it off and go on. I find most people don't want a password anyway but think they have to have one. However, with the MS account, I'm trying to get a hold of them and find out what it is and now I know their email password which I really don't want to know

Inject your own local admin account with Password renew 1.1 beta running from a PE. (Don't try to change their password with it. Just create a new admin account.) Then use that account to blank the password on the microsoft account. Then log in to their account and delete yours. Problem then becomes, the process converts their MS account to a local account and invalidates built in mail programs from working. But it does get you in and doesn't wreck the OS and cause the PC to not boot anymore. They can always go to user accounts in the control panel and switch their account back to a MS account. Also you have to use sysinternals Autoruns to remove the password renew action from the registry when you are done. Otherwise it will recreate your admin account at every bootup.

To be honest with you, ADDING an account never crossed my mind. I will certainly have to try that. An account with admin rights should give you access to everything you need. Prolly won't let you do account specific stuff but once your in there you can figure the rest out.

You don't need to add an account, just enable the built-in admin account.
Apparently (I haven't tested it yet) you can boot from the Parted Magic CD to enable the admin account.

I got your upload and I got your warning message. You actually uploaded that to my Linux Server on my reseller account. Windows and Linux do report files sizes different but there is about 140K different in that file. Not sure that it would be reported that much different. I will try it and see what happens on my end but between the two of us if there is an issue it is most likely you. I'm not convinced there is an issue though

I mounted that image and virus scanned it. Avast did not find a thing wrong with it. So maybe there is not an issue at all
