Yes, people swim in the lakes. They are fresh water lakes. The lake we are on is small, shallow and pretty muddy. But, there is a small public beach on the north end of the lake that is cleaned out and we have cleaned out a small area by our dock so that we can swim by the dock. Under the mud is like sugar sand. Once the mud is cleaned out the bottom is nice and sandy. One nice thing about being on a small lake is that there isn’t a bunch of boats or wave runners out there tearing around. It’s pretty quiet, plus we are on a bay so even when there are people out there we don’t see them much. We get an occasional fisherman in the bay but it’s not a big deal. We see trumpeter swans in the bay all the time. I think they like the peacefulness of it. We see bald eagles all the time too. There is a tree across the lake where they have a nest. Only two are in the nest but their eagle buddy’s come over and they fly around the lake and catch fish. It pretty cool to watch them fishing.

No problem. Except for Jim actually started it. Apparently he’s a motivator.

I was just trying to get people talking :)

I am not a skinny guy by any means....

Picture this, my wife and I(may be not picture this) are changing cloths after work and the 3 year old daughter is laying on the bed in the same room as us.

Suddenly she looks at Missy and says "One day I will have boobs as big as you and daddy."

THANKS kid!

Kids say the darndest things :)
Jim

It is not "Can it be done?" but rather, "How can we do it?"

I don't have a view like that Fred. I have people all around me but if I drive about 1 mile east, I hit the Niagara River. About 20 minutes north is the world famous Niagara Falls.
