Using beta version 7.0.0.3. I went to install Java on a fresh install of Windows 8.1 x64 and it downloaded JavaInstall(x64) only and doesn’t install it.

Java not installing
Hi Fred,
Using beta version 7.0.0.3. I went to install Java on a fresh install of Windows 8.1 x64 and it downloaded JavaInstall(x64) only and doesn’t install it.

UVK gets the updated download links from this page:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
The html code of that page was recently changed, so it was not working anymore. I fixed it, but it won't be working until the next release, because it is hard coded.
In the meantime you can download the installers from that page, or create a third party app that does it for you.
