Version/Platform: Beta 6.6.2.2 (Portable) on Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64
Issue:
It appears the "checked/unchecked" state of built-in apps is linked to the same state of custom third party apps that use the same name.
Background:
I use the custom third party section along with the feature to use the automated built-in app routines by referring to them by name, so that I can run them in an order that fits my methodology.
Replication / Process:
Upon verifying that the configuration is as desired, I exported the settings, closed the app, then launched UVKPortable.exe by dragging the .uvksr file onto it. UVK loads the script. I can see that all my checkboxes are correct, EXCEPT for the third party built-in applications section, where apps that are checked in my custom list are also checked. My assumption is that these checkboxes would cause (a) out-of-sequence running of the applications and (b) these applications running twice.
Testing confirms on a second Win 8.1 X64 PC, same platform and files.

Re: Loading UVKSR causes double check boxes
Thanks for reporting, zbmowrey. I see where the error is, and I'll fix it in the next update.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.
