I was wondering, since you want to run several scans asyncronously, this topic gave me an idea.
You can actually run the builtin scans asycronously if you create an external script for each command.
Take this example:

With the beta version the external scripts (mbam.uvk) are called correctly, I will wait for the next beta version.

Hello, for some reason doesnt work, I tried it on a clean windows 7 32b and 64b, the log:

sas, mbam, adw, can run in parallel without problems, or serialized with pauses between scans, its a huge time saver.

Hello, tried on beta version and latest stable, setting any hidden option on filter settings doesnt work (microsoft, system, etc) I get the same memory modules.

I think will be handy to run some scans in parallel, maybe passing an option to the desire scan like:
<jrtscan> 1 when you want to be launch next scan in parallel
