Firefox add-ons

Post by Charger440 »

immunizing the system seems to mess up Firefox and possibly chrome add-ons. It does prevent adding add-ons but once you disable immunization you still can't until you completely reset Firefox.

I have known about this bug for a while but had not confirmed it was a bug till now.

Also, in the repair section you have "Prevent reboting until all is done." The "reboting" is mis-spelled.

Thanks, Jim. I'll look into that ASAP.

Fred

Just wanted to drop as quick note that should help you out tons....

I just discovered that if you start UVK then disable the immunization through it, you can then add add-ons just fine. So, it appears to be a bug in your stand alone tool.

Fred, You know your 7.1 update is broken right? It appears the new EXE is not there but the update file is telling UVK it is there.

Hi Jim. Yesterday I thought I had uploaded everything, so I increased the version indicator. But I actually had not uploaded any of the EXEs. It's fixed now, you guys just need to update. Thanks, Jim.
