I just noticed that UVK is not pulling the first digit of the Dell Service tag. To be honest, I am not sure how long it has been like this as I just noticed it today.

Thanks, Jim. Can you please PM me the serial number, and the service tag? Otherwise I will have to wait until I have a dell for repair.

The tag showed up right on my personal Dell Computer. I think it looks like you got it.
