I am not sure if this is a bug or a SaS issue but whenever UVK installs Sas I am unable to uninstall it but an error is thrown? Any idea? also, does UVK uninstall software (such as Malwarebytes etc) on completion?

That's a well known SAS bug. There's a removal tool here:

Oh, and to answer your second question, no UVK doesn't uninstall any of the third party tools because if they detect any malware, they usually need a reboot to complete the removal. Thus, uninstalling them before rebooting would not be a good idea.
