[Fixed] 7.5.4.0 Beta

Post by Brink »

I love the new Virus Total hash submission feature. That's going to save a lot of time. Thank-you Thank-you.
But hey just curious. When using 7.5.4.0 Beta (portable .com version) I can't find the virus total reports for Memory Modules Manager even though I see the program submitting the hashes, and "Hide clean Virus Total results" seems to do nothing in this section. Also under "Process Manager" there is no "Hide clean Virus Total results"

Hi Brink.

The Memory modules manager usually lists several hundreds of modules, so you need to be patient and wait for all the submissions to complete. Because the VT results are saved locally the process will be faster in the future.

VirusTotal only allows a limited number of requests per minute. Also, only the memory module files are analyzed (2nd branch level). The process executable files are not analyzed in this section. They are analyzed in the Process Manager.

Which brings us to your second question. The Process Manager does not have any "Hide clean Virus Total results" feature. But you can quickly sort it by their detection number by clicking the VirusTotal column header.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.
