Running SR on a remote system right now and just realized that, during the MBAM scan, it's spending a ton of time scanning temp folders.
Could SR incorporate some of its cleanup commands early on, around the Free Physical Memory point?

Xander, as I recall, that's exctly the reason why I added the Add to top apps and fixes. See this topic and this help page.
Just right-click the fixes you want to run first, and select Add to top apps and fixes. Once they are in that group, they can be moved up and down. Because apps/fixes are executed from top to bottom, those will be the first ones to execute. Save your UVKSR file and you're done.
