Windows 10 Settings commands

I was just testing this out:

Those commands work perfectly from a UVK script, as a UVK custom app, or a TTS tool.

I just tested and it was working again. Just in case I copied the commands to the original post.

Now there just needs to be a third party or MS tool that adds this functionality to win 7 and 8.
