Is there any chance in the world we could work on (mostly fred ) a Mac version of Tech Tool store, just a quick repair tool which has all the on demand tools available for servicing mac computers,
I'll admit, I am a mac user & my clients can also be mac users & I find myself downloading the tools on their PC's through the company websites on a manual basis. I would love to get a branded version for Mac
Carifred.com will soon be the most visited website for tech support tools... Well maybe I'm just dreaming.

Some people just have more money to spend on their Intel PC's than the rest of us
Just giving you a lil Mac trouble

ohh poop.
I left windows a few years back. Was a good change, you should give it a go also. (No offense Fred, I am a loyal customer of yours..)
But in all seriousness, lets keep this offer on the table?

I have no objections to it, it might come in handy at some point but you might have to consult him on it unless he uses Mac too.
When not running Windows I run Linux. MacOS and Linux are very similar anyway. Mac users usually have a fit when you say that but it's true.

Should be common sense that the Mac Unix system is very similar to Linux, hence is robustness. Apple just did a great job an making it look sexy.Charger440 wrote:I have no objections to it, it might come in handy at some point but you might have to consult him on it unless he uses Mac too.

Re: Mac Version of Tech Tool Store
I have been in several debates about Mac OS really being "Linux" it seems some people find that pill hard to swallow and tell me that it is based on Unix and is not Linux. Linux is based on Unix and Mac OS is based on Unix and they are both very Unix like in design so as far as I'm concerned they are both Linux

Re: Mac Version of Tech Tool Store
Sounds like a good start! I don't know anything about coding for Mac and have no clue if Fred does or not.
