pc 1: infected by fromdoctopdf & errors on apps downloads & metro apps

Hi all,

i'm tate-datwin, i'm 29 years old since october 19th,

my pc is a touch tablet samsung salaxy book under win10 redstone 5 x64, and frst64.exe by bleepingcomputer doesnt work in normal mode in new version, only the old version of frst in safe mode work,

metro apps like edge, camera, xbox, microsoft store, Etc..., doesn't work and display error messages,

if i download many apps, i have blank page with symbols in browser, and/or error message says "cette application ne peut pas s'éxécuter sur ce pc",

i got launched tweaking.com repair all in one, sfc scannow and UVK now

Hi tate.

Please launch UVK, Select Ultra Adware Killer, press the Scan button and wait until the scan finishes.

Then press the Menu button and select View last scan log. Post the contents of the displayed log in your next reply. Then, do not close the application and don't delete any threats found until I get back to you.

hi all, i have problem with sound,
i tried "sound troubleshoot diagcab" and no resolved,
the speakers is 100% and no mute,
the Realtek displayed,
and i have no sound on playback like muted,

Tate,

Bytefence and Advanced system care can be uninstalled from UVK's Smart uninstaller. Once you did that, check everything you don't want to keep in all Ultra Adware Killer's tabs and press Clean.

As for the sound issue, click the sound icon in the taskbar and check if the selected device above the volume level slider in the correct one. If that doesn't solve your issue, try uninstalling the sound device from the device manager, reboot, and then installing it again.

i have uninstalled bytefence and Advanced system,

and i have checked everything i don't want on all tabs and pressed clean on ultra adware killer,

hello all,

this topic sadly not resolved, because of the copy
of exe, video, music, photo, others files from "Kingston Windows 2 Go Workspace Flash USB disk" to external WD Element 1tb disk blocks to "1%" on copy,

this usb Kingston Windows to go flash drive is the E:/ Disk
