Actually I have tried to test some web servers and now my localhost has been hacked...
I have install, uninstall, changing configurations, doing test drive on following servers.
Acquia Dev Desktop 2
WAMP Developer Pro
Ampps
VertrigoServ
Wampserver64
WPИ-XM server
XAMPP
Now my http://localhost always been going to WPИ-XM server even if I already run the Wamp Server x64 . for wamp I used http://127.0.0.1 otherwise it is not working.
I have clean the hosts file.
Delete all internet explorer cache, cookies.
System restore
You may have a process or a rootkit driver that does the redirect. Also try these fixes:
Reset DNS
Reset IP, Winsock and Proxy
Reset IE and Internet settings
