Smart Uninstaller issues

Post by ajgyomber »

I have NirSoft WhoisThisDomain and RMPrepUSB installed. When I attempt to whitelist them the disappear from the list in Smart Uninstaller. If I close and re-open the Smart Uninstaller they re-appear. They do show in my whitelist. The Publisher and Version columns show "(Not set)" so maybe that has something to do with it.

Also, the default window width is too narrow to see the "List Menu", "Find Next" and search box.

Lastly, why is there no way to show the whitelisted programs so we can still uninstall them?

Thanks,
AJ

Thanks, AJ, I will look into the whitelist bug.

The list menu and find controls were made that way. There's no way they could fit in the default window width. Tip: Hit Ctrl+F, and they become visible. Works in all sections.

Whitelisted programs are hidden because that is what the white list is for. You have a context menu item that makes them temporarily visible: Ignore white list once.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.

Thanks Fred! Ignore white list once is exactly what I was looking for.
