I have a Laser printer that prints really light. It's done this with two different toners and two different drums.
Anyone have any thoughts on what could be wrong with it? Thinking about replacing it anyway but would like to keep repairing this one as an option.

Can you say the make and model?
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.

Re: Laser printer light print
I checked that out Fred and it does not apply.
Actually after seeing the video.... I'm not sure how the issue he describes with the symptoms is even possible....
Thanks for pointing it out though.

Do you smoke near the printer or is it located in a very dusty environment? Could be laser scanner assembly is dirty.
