Quick Any2Ico
I’ve been utilizing Quick Any2Ico and it has got to be the easiest program to make icons. It is just so straight forward and simple to use. It’s so easy a cave man could do it.

Quick Any2Ico has been of great use to me. It made almost all the pictures and icons for UVK and the other programs.
The feature I like the most is the ability to extract the icons from exe's and dll's and save them as PNG files. I don't know of any other program that does it, at least this easy.
