Malwarebytes + LogMeIn Issue

Post by scottay »

Hi, hope you're not getting sick of me ;) I really love your software.

This may or may not be an issue you're able to help me with, but here goes: I'm trying to run the <MBAMScan>1 through the One2Many feature in LogMeIn Central and for some reason it doesn't complete and eventually fails. The log simply shows that it's starting the scan but doesn't go further. I'm not sure exactly what's happening. If I run the software directly MBAM scans just fine.

Any insight would be great, if you don't have a clue I understand and will keep testing and try to figure it out.

Sorry scottay, I never used LogMeIn, and I don't have any idea of what can be wrong.

Have you tried other params, like:

<MbamScan>
<MbamScan>2
<MbamScan>3

The only difference between an Mbam scan through UVK or direct is that the tool is executed with command line switches, so it may be worth to give it a try.

Best regards.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.

Thanks for the reply. I think I've tries with and without switches, but I'll keep playing with it. I have a feeling it's popping up a dialog and not getting an answer or something. I'll mess with it and post an update to hopefully help anyone else with the issue.
