Your waiting routine is still missing Combofix. I could just run it last that way it would not be an issue but you might look at it a lil more when you have time at some point.

Hey Jim. I added the "Wait for all child processes to end before moving to the next command" checkbox because of that issue.

You don't need to. I checked out, and you're right. I improved the child process monitoring feature, and it's now working fine. I'll upload a new beta later on today.
Combofix creates lots of child processes, and UVK was monitoring only up to 20. That's why it was not working.
