Starting with the latest beta, Avast detects the log viewer as a bug and kills it. This in turn causes the "installation" to fail.

Thanks. I'll have to report the false positive to avast.

I'll leave the link to the avast's contact form so anyone who get a false positive can report directly to them. Shouldn't take longer than post here.
