It is not "Can it be done?" but rather, "How can we do it?"

Re: New member Bruno is my son
Jim, I have both Santos and Silva. Normally I use Silva because it is my last name. But I decided to give Bruno the Santos one because it was the name I inherited from my father.
I'm pretty sure you've seen my full name many times in the UAC prompts.

Enlighten me on how that works. Here it is common for women to have more than one last name so to me it's odd that you do. It makes me curious about your culture and how that works. I like learning about other people.

Re: New member Bruno is my son
Well, in Portugal, people have 2 last names, the last being usually the father's last name. Normally it's like this, but it's optional:
[First name(s)] [Mother's last name] [Father's last name]
But I wasn't born in Portugal. My parents lived in Venezuela when I was born. And Spain derived countries use a different format: [First name(s)] [Father's last name] [Mother's last name].
So I got [Alfredo Anibal] [Santos] [Silva]. When Bruno was born I thought it would be nice to keep the Portuguese naming convention, so his last name became the one I inherited from my father father (Santos).
Hope it's clear enough. In Portugal, women usually don't change the last name on marriage.

It's more like Mulberry Saints. Mulberry, the one that makes blackberries.
