IE keeps crashing
I have a client who keeps calling me to say her IE keeps closing on her with a message "IE has stopped responding". I've run the Reset IE from UVK, but can't seem to get Fix IE to work properly. Can someone help me out with something else that could fix this issue? I know what they say abo...

Fix IE and Windows Shell
When I go to run "Fix IE and Windows Shell" from UVK it runs forever. I let it run just to see how long it would take and it ran 8 hours and never stopped. is this an issue with that function or something else on the suspect computer? I ran it on two different machines with the same result.

Re: BleepingComputer sued by SpyHunter
Can't comment on the apple thing but it seems like another company looking for a bailout. I don't think we should be paying for the mistakes that a company makes.

System Booster?
Am I missing it again? I tend to do that a lot. What's the script to run System booster in a script instead of opening UVK?

Re: Optimizing Processes
Him and I were talking about this last night as well. I'm not sure what they are doing either unless they just stop the processes that eat up a lot of the ram. When I looked at the results it seems my Firefox was the largest culprit. It appears rebooting the computer is supposed to do the same thing...

Optimizing Processes
Fred,
In an effort to free up some ram I noticed that one of the other programs I use, simply optimizes the system processes. Is this a feature in UVK that I'm just not using?
If not, can it be a feature request?

Email reports
It's been a while since I've been here. I'm learning the program as well as some others. I have a question about sending reports though. When I was creating a script I saw a message that said the email and FTP information could be exported to a Settings.ini file. Can someone walk me through that? Al...

Re: Bod 51 error
I think I figured it out. It was the BCCode 51 error. I booted in safe mode. In the device managed I uninstalled the sound card, modem, wifi card, and CD-ROM drive. Then I rebooted and let the computer reinstall them all. That seems to have worked.

Bod 51 error
My cousin just called me. After plugging in an android phone to his laptop he's getting a BOD 51 error. This error reports to an over clocking error. Does anyone know a UVK fix for this?

Re: Automatically run UVK
Well the good news is I didn't get the reporting part on the screen when I did a test run of the script. Bad news is I didn't get a report in my email. Did I do something wrong here? <UVKCommandsScript> <CreateRestorePoint> <ResetGroupPolicy> <ResetNumLockOn> <ResetPrintSpool> <ResetCDBurnQueue> <Re...

Re: Automatically run UVK
I have a task scheduled that runs UVK and then does a -readfile "HuskyClean.uvk" -auto. When I do that everything is runs in the background except a couple things. 1. When it's cleaning the Internet Explorer browser, I see the little box that shows it's cleaning (no big deal). 2. When the ...
