TTS Delete Zip

Is there a possibility of deleting the Zip file once TTS has extracted it, or would this cause issues. I find on USB alot of room is taken by the zip files.
Could just be an optional tick box. Premium only?

Thanks

TTS wont accept password

Bug Report for TTS. I deleted the TTSLicense, TTs_Tools, TTS_Settings.dat files and redownloaded the TTS program and reactivated the license to try and solve the issue. However I tick the Password Protect box and add the password, press Save. When I go back to check the settings the tick box has bee...

What is the trick to uninstalling wit MSI strings

IE: ITunes uninstall location is MsiExec.exe /I{9E9CFD9F-64D6-498F-8584-E5CD08BA60BE} However, This uninstall location changes on every ...

Thank you, Unfortunately. I am not sure what went wrong of what the scammers did. But nothing worked. Had to reinstall windows.

Seems to be a common ransom they are doing lately.

Have a customer who received a call regarding a virus. *Continues the story*... Upon rejecting to pay they have placed the windows XP machine into ransom. They placed a password on the boot up, I believe it has something to do with the SAM registry. Anyway you can see an image here : http://triplesc...

Re: Fred, we need an update

So, just in regards to this browser software. Was wondering if it ran like Techtools, or UVK where updates could be pushed directly to the browser (Whether start page links change, or are updated).
This way, we dont have to download the exe from the website, if updates are pushed.

Re: <KillNonCriticalProcesses>and/or <KillNonTrustedProcesses> Exceptions for remote work

That seems pretty easy. I remember I made something similar for Bill a while ago. First, in your bench machine, create the exceptions list from the Process manager. Don't forget to click Save. In the Options section, export the settings to an INI file, upload it to your website. In the remote machi...

Re: Password Protect TTS

Hey Jono. I'm not sure about what I will add in the future. It depends on what the users mostly request. The password protection is easy to add. Does anyone else need that feature? Thanks, It would just make me feel safer about clients not trying to perform any actions them self, if they got a hold...

Re: <KillNonCriticalProcesses>and/or <KillNonTrustedProcesses> Exceptions for remote work

This was a huge issue for me with my remote software. Had to exclude this from all my scripts. Or I would screw up remote support sessions. Glad I found this thread! Is it possible to add multiple programs, also... Does the program path change between OS versions. Should I create an INI file built o...
