Why the hell does steps recorder keep enabling itself? Is there a way to uninstall it or kill it? Who's using it? I’m not.

Microsoft could do better if it wasn’t so intrusive. There is a reason Windows 10 is free. I will save you the rant though.

I just looked out of curiosity and my laptop has KB4532693 installed but I did not have any issues that were noticed. It is running Windows 10 Pro v1909 OS build 18363.657 with one user account installed. Strange things happen I guess.
