1. Privacy policy:
UVK does not collect or disclose any personal user information.
Your privacy is not affected in any way by the use of our
applications.
2. Disclamer:
UVK is a very powerful tool intended to delete all kinds of
computer viruses, and it's also powerful enough to cause damage to your operating system if
used in a wrong way.
Read carefully our help pages
before using this software.
The publisher SHOULD NOT in any case be responsible for any
damage or data loss caused by a wrong usage of this software.
By accepting this license agreement you declare to assume the responsibility of all
the actions you perform when using this software.
3. Redistribution:
You can redistribute this software as it is, you CAN NOT
repack, disassemble, reassemble or modify in any way any of the
files included on this package or the package itself.
4. Licensing:
We reserve the right to blacklist purchased licenses in any of the following situations:
- The license is made publicly available for download over the internet.
- The purchase payment was not completed, or it was revoked or refunded.
- The owner of the license license brakes this license agreement.
The above does not apply to OEM licenses for one computer only.
5. Third party:
This document applies only to Ultra Virus Killer. Any third party programs you download and run through this software have their own license agreements and it is up to you to read them and ensure you are legally entitled to use those programs.
UVK packages include BlueScreenView, by Nirsoft. As requested by the
author, the readme text file and also the help CHM file are also
provided. While this app is provided for its usefulness, we disclaim
any resposibility for any possible damage caused by BlueScreenView
or any other third party component.
6. Certification:
All the executable files included in UVK software packages, and the
package files themselves are digitally signed. The code signing
certificate is issued to the author of the software: Alfredo Anibal
Santos Silva.
7. Application removal:
UVK contains a Smart uninstaller section that can be used for self uninstall. The application can also be uninstalled from the Programs and Features control panel applet, or from Settings >> Apps, in Windows 10/11. For unattended uninstall, run UVK_en.exe /Uninst /passive.
