Actions:
Changes some registry values to reduce shutdown time and
applications startup time.
Defragments the hard drives to increase system speed.
Processes Idle tasks to reduce boot time.
Note that the running time of this script can be long, depending on how fragmented the hard drives are, their size and the system speed.
