UVK Script - Rebuild icon cache

Rebuild icon cache.

A small script to correct the problem when the icons are displayed incorrectly or not updating.

Actions:
Moves the file %LocalAppData%\iconcache.db to recycle bin.
Restarts Windows Explorer.

If Windows Explorer doesn't restart, run bold code below after running the script:
