This software uses TeamViewer host, free for non-commercial usage.

CA Remote desktop allows you to easily send us a message with an assistance request.

In order to use it, you must download the latest version by clicking the button below:

Download CA Remote Desktop

Use the dialog boxes of your browser to save and open the file when the download finishes.

Setup window will be displayed as shown in the picture below:

If you wish to change the installation folder, click the button ... and browse to the folder you want for the main directory. The subdirectory CA Remote Desktop will be added automatically.

Uncheck Create desktop shortcut box if you don't want setup to create an icon on your desktop. You'll still be able to start CA Remote Desktop from Start menu / All programs / CA Remote desktop.

Check Start CA Remote Desktop with windows if you want to allow permanent access to the computer. TeamViewer will be installed as a service and run all the time in the background. You can change this option later.

Click Install button. A progress bar will show you details of the installation progress. When setup finishes, CA Remote Desktop and TeamViewer windows will be both displayed.

Below is a screenshot of CA Remote desktop window. Remember this is only a picture and it's useless to click on it.

Fill the form fields with the corresponding information: Your name, telephone number, country name, e-mail address, and the ID you copied from TeamViewer window.

In the Message field, write a summary of the problems affecting your computer and the hours and dates you're available to begin the remote repair.

Click Send button. The mail will be sent to us and we'll reply as soon as we can.
